Returns Policy

Free returns within 44 days of delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't work out, we've made returns straightforward.


How It Works

You have 44 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns are free - we'll cover the shipping cost.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original condition

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have had tags removed cannot be accepted.


Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased during promotional periods, with discount codes, or marked as clearance.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@guilloclothing.com  within 44 days of delivery
  2. Let us know if you want a refund, exchange, or store credit
  3. We'll send you a prepaid QR code via email
  4. Pack the item securely with original tags attached
  5. Take your package and QR code to any Australia Post location
  6. Show the QR code at the counter - they'll scan and print your label
  7. Hand over your package - you're done

No printer needed. Just your phone and the QR code.


Your Options

Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return to your original payment method.

Exchange: We'll send out your replacement item as soon as we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll contact you.

Store Credit: Issued within 2 business days of receiving your return. Never expires. Can be used on any future purchase.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at [email] with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This applies regardless of sale status.
