We’re proudly based in Brisbane, Australia and ship globally.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most international locations, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, and more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 24 hours. Priority express shipping typically arrives within 1–4 business days for most of Australia.
International delivery times vary by location.
How much is shipping?
Orders over a certain value (typically $150 AUD) qualify for free express shipping. All other rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer free returns?
Yes — all orders are covered by our 44-day free return policy.

How do I return an item?
Email us at support@guilloclothing.com or use our returns portal. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and take care of the rest.
Can I exchange for another size?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Just return your item, and once refunded, you can place a fresh order in your preferred size.

How do your clothes fit?
Everything is designed with a tailored slim cut, made to flatter a fit or athletic body — with stretch for real comfort.

Are your fabrics stretchy?
Yes. All our chinos and shirts include built-in stretch. You’ll feel the difference — comfortable, breathable, and unrestricted.
Are your clothes breathable?
Yes. Our materials are carefully selected to feel light, sweat-resistant, and cool to wear — especially important for Australian climates and travel.

This is functional fashion that doesn’t look like it.
What’s the best bag for weekends or short trips?
Our Valente Weekender Duffel Bag has a built-in suit/shirt holder, separate shoe pocket and structured internal compartments.
